Web Development by David Joseph.

This site is devoted to semantics, standards and quality Web development. I'm currently re-developing/redesigning so bear with me as this site may crash your browser or steal your code.

Semantics and Standards

The site is currently devoid of tables and other unnecessary furniture but also non-semantic trickery such as <div> tags. Yes thats right no divs, no spans either, while I think pretty much any design can be implemented this way it would mostly be overkill. By doing this however it should show that its possible to keep your pages semantic with a few well chosen tags rather than replace table tags with div tags.

I hope to have the rest of the site up to scratch soon but while that happens feel free to browse the rest of the site via the site map or the old navigation

As well as working on a new site i.e. this one, I'm polishing up my scripts to write Rss using just ASP, and as an offshoot of this editing any XML file with ASP, Ajax Validation, transformation style sheet for XBEL amongst other things. They're all in various states of Alpha/Beta but should be coming soon.
